Comment: With a board book you expect it to be for younger children. This is a nice story, just not for toddlers. It's not done in rhyme and my son is easily bored. I read it once and filed it away on the bookshelf. Maybe he'll enjoy it more when he's older.

Summary: What a sweet lovely book
Comment: This is just such a cute book. My son loves it. We were just talking about how calves grow up to be big cows (we went for ice cream at a local farm and they had lots of cows and calves there). When we came home, the package with several copies of this book was on the doorstep. We read it and he was captivated. He's 2.5. Loved reading this book. Then, we walked a copy over to the neighbors and read it with them. They also loved it. What a cute book!

Comment: This is a great little board book for tiny fingers. The art just mystifies little eyes and the story flows so well. My daughter will pick this book out off the shelf of 70 or more books because she loves it so much. this book is a must have for little ones.
