Comment: This is one of Clive Cussler's best books to date. Perhaps it is because it strays from the NUMA formula, and the predictable characters. Perhaps its because the books is steeped with well-researched historical fact. Perhaps its the fast pacing and fun "chase"....but overall, it's his most enjoyable books in years.
I couldn't put the book down -- well paced, fast-flowing, with interesting characters.
Sure, it feels like a rehash of a "Wild WIld West" episode -- but it's fabulous fun at that.
